Hello Experts,
Is there anyway that we access the logs in the inactive partition?
Last night, I did an upgrade of CUCM cluster from 10.5 to 11.5 but had to do a rollback because of the problems caused by our recording system (Nice Recording). The 11.5 version is in the inactive partition and I would like to be able to access the log files to see if we can find the CTI Manager communication issue btw the CUCM and Nice Recording server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you should be able to access these from both CLI and RTMT.
