One of our customer locations is reporting when they receive an external call, before they answer it, their phone will display the caller's number only rather than the callerID name as well. The customer environment consist of SIP Trunks provided by their service provider. Can anyone tell me what is need to have the incoming call display the caller number and name? Is there a configuration needed on the SIP trunks in CUCM? If so, please provide example and documentation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
