CUCM installation failure..!!!

Hi All,

I am trying to install CUCM 10.5 in my VMWare ESXi server but it is failing with error code :

Internal error. ks_post.sh is exiting with result 1

I tried creating different VM and trying to install but same issue everytime.

Hi,

Did not come across this issue.

I suppose u are using BE7K or BE 6K since I can see applications pre-installed in attached snapshot.

Have u deployed the correct OVA template for CUCM-PUB?

Hi,

Can you check the MD5 checksum of the image you are using? Sometimes this error is cause by a corrupted installation iso file.

Google results show it's a hard disk size validation error, but I'm not sure how true that is. I'd have to follow Chris and ask what OVA you are using? I've never came across this issue before. You may want to redownload the ISO if you are using the right OVA.
