can we use instant message from lync federated with cucm and acess via cisco jabber client, any reference doc please refer?

It goes through all the options you might want co consider in your scenario.

currently customer is using cisco basic telephony without IM&P and MS office lync with all enterprise feature (chat,im&p).now they want to replace hardphone of cisco's platform with jabber ,so is there any way to utilize the entreprise feature of MS lync that can be accessed by jabber client other than voice call ?

You'll have to explain what you're trying to do here, no idea what you mean you want to federate lync and access via Jabber.
A) CUCM only handles voice and video, not IM
B) IM&P is the part that handles IM&P
C) Yes, you can federate IM&P, you can find documentation on cisco.com by just searching: federation

I believe what you want is partitioned intradomain federation between IM&P and Lync.Do a search on the cisco site and you should find a dedicated document for it.
