CUCM Insufficient number of Licenses error

The system is operating with an insufficient number of licenses. If additional licenses to cover the shortage are not configured in your Enterprise License Manager within 52 days, you will no longer be able to provision users and devices.

What do you suggest i do here please attached is a report

Go to your PLM to find out exactly which licenses are needed, then there are basically two options, either you buy the licenses that you need, or you delete those devices so you only use the licenses you currently have.

As Jaime said, remove unwanted devices from cucm or procure license as per shortage.

As long as you don't go above the licenses you bought, that will be OK, if you go above them, you'll get the error again.
