CUCM LADP Sync / EM impact

Hi,

we are planning to use LDAP sync for the CUCM directory and according to documentation users that already exists in CUCM with the same UserID ON CUCM and LDAP will be kept. my is is whether User information that are not synchronized will be also kept? for example Extension Mobility, Mobility, Device association...

No. User ID's that arent matched are marked inactive and will be purged during the next clean up interval. The following thread outlines the process quite well.

If the user matches an ID on LDAP only the user info will be updated, anything related to CUCM (pin, device/line association, etc) will be kept and won't be changed.
