Hi all,
I didn't find anything to monitoring live calls in CUCM 11.5
Is there anything that could at least allow me to list all calls that have been made by each phone?

There is no native way in CUCM or RTMT to have access to active calls that are in the system.
You usually use CAR to see what calls have been made, and traces to troubleshoot anything that happened to a call.

Call detail records, CDR are the closest you will get

Hello gdossantos,
If the signaling inside your enviroment is mostly SIP you might want to try inside RTMT > Voice/Video > Real Time Data.
That's the closest solution I could think off regarding your requirement.
