CUCM Menu in spanish

Hi,

I have an CUCM 10.5 version, my costumer wants that menu in webpage administration appears in spanish, how can I configure it????

Notice that the locale you installed, has to match the language from the browser, if you install spanish Colombia and use spanish Spain in the browser, it will NOT work.

yes I install the locale on all nodes of cluster.

and yes I install spanish colombia, I was configuring spanish Mexico in my browser, I just configure now with spanish colombia but it is not working.

What is your exact CUCM ?

Do you see it properly installed if you do a show version active?

I just did this in my lab last week and it worked just fine.

The only difference is the version, but I have the same locale working in my lab.

Try with Firefox.

also, did you install the locale on all the servers followed by a cluster reboot.

you need to change your browser language to the locale you installed.
