CUCM NODES- ITL ERROR ALL THE SUBSCRIBERS EXCEPT PBLISHER NODE

Hi All,

we upgraded the cucm Publisher from 9.x to 12.5x, added tftp and Subscribers nodes fres install.

phones are registered in to new 12.5. but ITL files not getting installed. but if give the tftp option1 as Publisher the ITL is getting installed. all the sub nodes when i run the command show itl is getting as below,

Invalid ITL file. Error skipping past version.

Error parsing the ITL File.

i am facing an same issue which specified below link. i tried with the work around as same but ia m getting the below error.

once i run this getting the error below,

Locating active tftp servres

tftp servers listed successfully and after

The recovery ITL file could not be written to the disk

Execute command unsuccessfully
MAC verified OK

writing RSA key

hi,

open a TAC case as this may require a root to check the ITL and keys.

opened a case with TAC and working on it. will keep posted once its resolved.

I opened a case with TAC and resolved by correcting the DB from root.
