Hi.
We have CUCM Pub 11.0.1 and CUCM Sub 11.0.1
Normally the phones should change their hour (one hour earlier) this Sunday 30/10 but the phones changed their hour 1 week before this specific date.
This happened to all the phones and we have both SCCP and SIP phones.
The NTP server is accessible and synchronized from both of the CUCMs: "utils ntp status"
Time in the CUCM Pub and CUCM Sub is correct but the phones show 1 hour earlier.
I restarted from cli the ntp to both of the servers: "utils ntp restart".
I restarted both the CUCMs. "utils system restart"
I did a reset to a specific phone through the gui after all the other restarts.
Timezone in the CUCMs is correct and timezone in the Date/Time Group is also correct.
Does anyone know what is going on?
Thank you.
