I have some questions configuring numbers redirections in the cucm.
I have a voice mail with 3 choices and every choice redirect the user to a particular service.
in the service number 3, there are two subservices. What i need is to redirect calls with a specific number (014776XXXX) to subservice 1 and all the others to subservice 2.
And because a picture is worth a thousand words, i made a little pic for you =)

Are you looking to route the call under choice 3 based on caller ID?
The only way to match calls based on caller ID in CUC is via routing rule, but those are matched ingress calls, I don't see how you can achieve this requirement in Unity Connection. Only option I can think of is sending the call back to CUCM after choice 3 is made and making the routing decision there via "next hop" translation pattern.

yes, if a user is calling from a 014776XXXX and make choice 3, he will be redirected to subservice 1
if he's calling from any other number and make choice 3, he go to sebservice 2.
I'm new at this, i began using the cucm a month ago and it was just for creating and updating profile devices. I'm kind of a noob at routing calls. can you help me with this solution ?
also, whatdo you mean by "matched ingress calls" ?
