CUCM Self-Provisioning - Limit 1 phone per user

hi All,

I have a working CUCM with self-provisioning configured.

However, i am trying to limit users to sign into the same extension twice.

Where do i configure that?

i have tried on USER PROFILE --> Self-Provisioning

Allow End User to Provision their own phones
Limit Provisioning once End User has this many phones

I am using No Authentication required for Self-Provisioning settings

I have limit it to "1", but unfortunately it did not work. I was still able to sign into the 2nd phone using same extension.

Appreciate any advise
