CUCM SIP Trunk with service provider for Webex and observing static /hissing sound / voice break with the Cisco WebEx audio conferencing system

we have been observing issues such as static /hissing sound / voice break with the Cisco WebEx audio conferencing system.

We have direct SIP Trunk with Service provider from CUCM To service proider.

We have Route pattern : 16000 ( service

When user dial 16000 confrance nubmer and connected but getting hissing sound and voice break.

 

I have one question :

Is it possible to capture RTP packets via CUCM CLI using below commands.


Utils packet capture etho file packet count 100000 size all host IP xx.xx.xx.xx ( SIP Trunk service provider IP) any any.


Please help me how to RTP packet and how to resolve this issue.

No, CUCM doesn't set in the media path generally (unless software media
resource in invoked).

Since you have a direct trunk to itsp, I suggest to use port span on the
switch port where the phone is connected to another port which has a
machine with wireshark. This will help you to capture RTP stream
