we have been observing issues such as static /hissing sound / voice break with the Cisco WebEx audio conferencing system.
We have direct SIP Trunk with Service provider from CUCM To service proider.
We have Route pattern : 16000 ( service
When user dial 16000 confrance nubmer and connected but getting hissing sound and voice break.
I have one question :
Is it possible to capture RTP packets via CUCM CLI using below commands.
Utils packet capture etho file packet count 100000 size all host IP xx.xx.xx.xx ( SIP Trunk service provider IP) any any.
Please help me how to RTP packet and how to resolve this issue.
