CUCM Stress test

Does anyone know of a product that can stress test CUCM's ability to process call setup and teardown requests?   I know there are products that can simulate and generate WAN and PSTN traffic but I'm looking for a product that can simulate multiple (several thousand) voip phones.

     I have used Sipp for load testing in the past.

     Can you create a Sip trunk on the CUCM cluster.
