If your organization is using traditional licenses for CUCM (Basic, Enhanced, Essentials, etc.), it means you are not currently using Smart Licensing. In this case, you won't have a Subscription ID because the subscription model does not apply to your deployment.
With traditional licenses, you typically acquire permanent licenses for the specific features and user capacities you need. These licenses are tied to your hardware or virtual machine and do not require ongoing subscriptions. You can continue managing your licenses using the traditional methods, such as license files or Product Activation Keys (PAKs), and you can reach out to Cisco support or your Cisco partner for assistance with licensing-related queries and activations.

M02@rt37 This is not correct, Even traditional perpetual licenses are smart licenses and from 12.X CUCM support only Smart licensing.
Cisco has Discontinued perpetual licensing model and for UC all are subscription licenses . You purchase the license for 1, 3, 5 year based on your requirement which will be a subscription model. When you purchase subscription licenses you will receive a subscription ID. This can be found on Smart account.
Go to software.cisco.com

For perpetual license there is no Subscription ID.
