CUCM to CME migration

Hello,

We are planning migrate from CUCM to CME. Our current infrastructure is 2900 Router > Cisco Media Convergense Server > Switch > Phones

Currently CUCM is the one managing our voice infrastructure and will decommision the Cisco MCS then install the CME to our 2911 Voice Router

Would there be any restirictions or is there anything that i should take note of? If you can provide me the steps the best way on how to do it that would be great.

Are you the end user ? This task is better to be undertaken by a reputable consultant, or UC certfied Cisco partner.
