We've time of day configured for a partition and assigned to a DN. What this DN do is, during the after office hours, all call to this DN will forward to VM.
The configuration looks great and it work fine for most of the time. What i mean is that, e.g.:100 incoming calls to the DN during after hours, 99 of them will be forward to VM, but 1 will not and ring the destination instead. The DN is associated to a CTI device.
And the weird thing is, it doesn't happen all the time. It happen once in August, but never since 1st of Sept till now.
I read on the sdi & sdl, but doesn't reveal much information.
Has anyone encounter this before or can anyone shed some light on this?
