I am running
CUCM 8.5.1.10000-26
and
CUPS 8.5.2.10000-49.
I have updated the Tomcat certificate on the CUCM server with a new domain name and are now struggling to get CUPS back on its feet. CUPS users can login and they can see status and chat with other CIPS users. But phone control is dead. I get and error in the CUPS client that CUPS cant initialize phone control.
I am NOT a certificate specialist but i can figure out that CUPS need to get the new CUCM tomcat certificate. BUT HOW!!
