CUCM Transfer Issue

Dears,

We have the following scenario:

AgentA calls a PSTN number then transfers the call to a CTI Route Point that triggers a UCCE script.

What we have noticed is that after the transfer, the CallingLineID still appears as the agent Extension whereas we want the PSTN number to be the CallingLineID after the transfer.

Is there any workarounds for this?

Any feedback is highly appreciated.

Hi,

It seems that there is no workaround for this.

What we did to solve the issue was the below:

- The agent calls a cti route point that triggers a cvp call studio script that asks him to enter the mobile number of the client.

- Once done, the mobile number is sent to the icm script and saved in a peripheral variable. 

- A RequalifyCall node is used that triggers another icm script.

- Then, the peripheral variable is used instead of the "call.callingLineID".
