Hi,
I try to configure a trunk sip with a provider without cube.
I can to make outgoing call without problem, it work fine!
But when i initiate a incoming call, my CUCM return the SIP message "404 Not found".
In my trunk sip configuration, in the inbound call section, i have apply a CSS who can access to a translation pattern:
- i receive from the provider 214097015@xyz.com
- the created translation pattern 214097015, his affect CSS can access internal phone, translate to the phone 1022 (called transf. pattern).
- actually the significant digit for the inbound call of the trunk sip is "all" (but i have test with 10, 9, 4 receive digit and modified the translation pattern, digit but same problem).
I don't understand why the cum return the SIP msg 404.
Somebody have a idéa?
Misconfiguered translation pattern? (i don't but think this, but...)
Thank a lot.

Giles,
can you diagnose by elimination, i.e. can you assign the extension 2140970 to a phone without the translation pattern. This way you can potentially narrow it down to your Translation pattern.
cheers

Hi,
From CUCM browse to DNA. Then try to apply the called number as received from ITSP and see what is happening to the call. Please share the DNA report for us to look as well

Hi,
I'm not 100% sure but in your provided traces, I saw the following:

I think the "TO" Field is wrong adress. There should be the the IP adress from the cucm instead of the domain "pbx.eqinoxe.com". It have to like like To: <sip:214097015@192.168.100.205> (If this is your CUCM)

Hi Gilles,
Please uncheck MTP required option, reset the trunk, make another call and attach the same ccm trace.
Thanks

Thanks Gilles for the attachment.
From you screenshot I see that you created a sip profile.
Which value did you modify on that profile?
Please Let me know and, (sorry to bother you) attach a screenshot of that profile.
Thanks
Regards
Carlo

Hi Gilles,
is CUCM able to resolve names?
Please as destination address on sip trunk configuration, add pbx.eqinoxe.com instead of the ip address.
Here what we can find in the invite message from your provider.
INVITE sip:214097015@93.17.11.122:5060;transport=udp SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 185.48.253.8:5060;branch=z9hG4bK+b6489d1a817bb0876ee517a49c4635eb1+sip+1+aa4f1162
From:<sip:0290035006@pbx.eqinoxe.com>;tag=185.48.253.8+1+946e09+9d0bd2a6
Please try it and let me know
Regards
Carlo
