CUCM upgradation from 8.6 to 10.0

Is it possible to upgrade cucm 8.6 directly to 10.0?

please also advice is there any type of bug in 10.0 version.

Yes, review the upgrade guide for 10.0 as well as the RNs/new and changed information for all the info and changes that need to be done for the upgrade to succeed, RNs, as always, covers bugs.
