cucm upgrade 7.1 to 8.6

Hello All, i have to upgrade my CUCME from 7.1 to 8.6 but once i reboot the router no phone is getting registered to the new CUCME.

All phones are getting registration rejected and a below log message is coming on the console:

 

%IPPHONE-6-REG_ALARM: 24: Name=SEPXXXXXXXXXXXX Load= SCCP11.8-5-2S Last=Phone-Reg-Rej

 

i am not sure what i am missing here.

can you capture the debug ephone register and paste it here during registration process

 

cant do that as it is production and there are 350 phone.

is there another way ?

Could you prl give me few details

 

1. what is the router model number where you have installed the cucme

2. Are you facing issue with all the phone if not any model specific phone  or randomly with any phone

3. however if issue with a few phone then the debug ephone register will only generate logs for any new registration so it should not give any issue with the  router utilization

4. can you share the cme router config
