CUCM Upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1

Hi

we have Cisco CUCM 7.0 in the MCS 7835 with 1000 DLU we need to upgrade to 7.1 , what we need to that ? we have the cisco CUCM 7.1 Software DVD , also do we need to get new buy any new license form cisco or what ?
