Hi,
I am trying to upgrade CUCM 9.1.2.10000-28 cluster to 9.1.2.11900-12 cluster. I have succeeded with 2 servers(Publisher & one Subscriber). Let me tell the total number of nodes in my cluster. It is a 4 node cluster, where I am planning to use 1 server as TFTP server. All others are involved for Call Processing.
2 sites involved. Site A and Site B.
Site A has CUCM Publisher and 1 Subscriber which are already upgraded to 9.1.2.11900-12 Unrestricted version.
Site B has 2 Subscribers where one among them will be used as TFTP server and the other will be for Disaster recovery for Site A.
Site A to Site B Round trip delay is approx 80ms.
I have upgraded CUCM servers at Site A. But it is continuous failure at Site B.
I have uploaded the install log down below. Please help me resolve this issue asap.
Thanks in advance,
MR

Verify the media is copying over correctly to the subscriber by checking the MD5 hash is correct, if it is correct then you will need to upgrade the Publisher again and then try upgrading this subscriber.

Hi,
from the logs, I could also find this error
Function: notification(), NTP time synchronization failed while trying to reach the primary node NTP server IMAC-PUB. Verify the network connectivity, delay and jitter to the primary node and that the primary node NTP server is operational. Use CLI 'utils ntp status' to verify NTP server status.|<LVL::Error>
Can u check the connectivity?
regds,
aman

Hi Aman,
I have checked the NTP syncronization and is good. I have verified with "utils ntp status" on both my publisher and subscriber.
Thanks,
MR

Hi MR,
I am just guessing this bug , not sure.

Have you switched version to on the upgraded PUB?
Considering you are having issues, have you considered just making a copy of your TFTP files on those subscribers, deleting the subscribers from the Pub and adding them back as 2 new subscribers?

hi richardsimmons,
06/13/2014 14:57:37 component_install|(CAPTURE) Fri Jun 13 14:57:37 2014 dbllib.getDataFromPub DEBUG: please reupgrade the pub, this will regenerate the correct backup of the version that subscriber is being upgraded to |<LVL::Debug>
I re-upgraded the pub and installed my subscriber before making a restore of DRS, which made my day. Thank you richardsimmons.
Thank you all.
MR.
