CUCM Upgrade11.5 to 12.5 Recommendations/requirement.
Can I engage TAC pro-actively before the upgrade for any planning question?

Hi,
I think they will point the documentations that you need to look.
But if you need assistance on how to do the upgrade i think is better to engage your Cisco Partner.

You can pro-actively create a SR with TAC for the upgrade, but that's for in case of any issues encountered during the upgrade. TAC would likely not provide you with planning questions as that's not their role. For this you're options are either read up on the topic your self or reach out to a Cisco Partner for help.
