How to migrate from CUCM 7.1.3 to 8.5?
Does we require License?
Is there any separate tool for migrating from CUCM 7.1.3 to CUCM 8.5
Pls suggest any documents for upgrading with screenshot if possible...

Hi Kiran,
This is a major upgradation.You need to have a valid ESW and UCSS contract.
You would be requiring licences.Before u proceed with upgratation , take a backup of existing Call manager 7 using DRS tool.
