Hello Experts,
I force the user to change his/her password by checking the User Must Change at Next Login box in the CUCM user management page but it is not working. The user opens the X.X.X.X/ccmuser but the password change does not prompt.
We are using the Pub to make the changes and the DB replication is shown as below.
Replicate_State
10.X.X.X 745 2 - good

What is your CUCM version?
The end users’ self-care portal can be accessed through the URL https://X.X.X.X/ucmuser/.
Are users logging in with local credentials, or is it AD integrated? Your database looks good, but there could be errors in the tables. Could you share the full output of the command?
When you choose the option “User Must Change at Next Login” it will prompt the user to change their password.

Hello Nithin,
Thank you for taking the time and replying.
The version is 12.5.1.18901-1
There's no LDAP integration. Users are using local account.
Unfortunately, I don't have CLI access to the server.
Thanks,
MK

Ask the users to log in to the self-care portal and check if they see the password change popup using the URL https://X.X.X.X/ucmuser/.

That's exactely what the issue is. They log into X.X.X.X/ccmuser but they don't see the popup. They don't have the small window we normally prompts asking to change the password.
Thanks,
MK

Could you create a new user and test it with them? Also, ensure that the ‘User Must Change Password at Next Login’ policy is applied.
