CUCM user page issue with IE8 (IE6 works fine)

Hello All,

Might somebody had the same issue before?

CUCM cluster 7.1.5

users can not access to user page from IE8!

When trying to reach the cisco web server via
http://x.x.x.x/ccmuser the page does
not load after entering account name and password.
Page remains in status; "Loading, Please wait"

Just wanted to chime in here...Jason's advise actually fixed the same issue some of our users were having with IE 7 and CUCM 8.6.1 User Page.

I have the same problem on Call Manager 8.5.1.10000-26. If IE 8 is zoomed to anything other than 100%, IE hangs on login and has to be terminated.

Is there a fix for this?

I havent seen or heard of a fix for this yet though I will admit I havent open a TAC case yet.

Also, I can confirm the same behavior in IE 9.

Please go to Tool à compatibility view setting à add the call manager IP address X.X.X.X(Only IP address no need to add ccmuser)
