Hello,

consider the following line of a BOM:

CUCM-USR  Include PAK Auto-expanding User for CUCM  300

I have a simple question: what is a CUCM-USR? And what is the meaning of the quantity "300"?

Thanks and regards.

Licensing for CUCM is now based on the number of users and not anymore on DLU.

I think this is for CUCM 8.5.

In the Dynamic Configuration Tool, start with the “top-level” part number CUCM-USR-LIC.
Determine appropriate number of user licenses according to tables below. There is a minimum order quantity of fifty
(50) Enhanced or Basic IP Users for User Connect Licensing. User Connect Licensing for the following categories of
users are added at this step:
a. IP Users (Enhanced or Basic)
b. Essential Users (also Application-Only Users)
c. Public-Space Users
d. Mobility Users (Unified Mobility, aka Mobile Connect, also known as Single Number Reach (SNR))
e. Video Users

The number 300 should represent the number of Users.
