CUCM v11.5 The installation has encountered a unrecoverable internal error

I'm trying to install cucm sub and im & presence sub . over wan

but facing error

It appears you are attempting to install CUCM 11.5 on virtual or physical hardware that is incorrect.

Firstly make sure you are using Nehalem Class CPU, you have enough physical RAM

and you are running a minimum of ESXi 5.0 (VM Version8)

Then simply use the OVA template to correctly size the Virtual Machine and the ISO should install correctly.

When you say - 'over WAN'

Do you mean the ISO isnt stored locally to the hardware ??

You should copy the ISO to the datastore on the physical box and then you can remotely install it.

Dont try to mount the ISO from your desktop over a WAN connection - this will not work.

Please supply more information for further assistance.

WAN mean pub is in different city . 

I'm install on virtual machine 

OVA from my computer but this isn't issue as i install many server before that ..4

Running on exsi 5.1
