Hi ,

I have cucm 11.0.1.22900-14

i just see that i dont have Owner user in the phone page . i know it was there i configure several phones .

i looks for any model and it seems missing .

i chack all the comonn browsers no luck .

the change was just today that i upload cop file "dst" and done restart .

please help

I couldn't find anything related to that COP file causing issues with the owner field for devices, you probably want to open a TAC so that someone can look into this.

I open case for that and the didnt found the problem . Logs was send to tac .

I shutdown the server and start à new install and restore after that . Now its looks ok . The sub still have is problem but the DB is good . I will install the sub all so but we need to know what happed and meybe we avoide it next time.
