CUCM Version 12.0.1. Device Pack Installation

Hello,

I am hoping to get assistance on how to properly install a device pack to support the webex room kit mini.

I already tried to install the latest device pack that would allow the mini to register on my call manager but it failed. I noticed that there are several device packs available to install. My question is, do I need to install all the others device packs, in sequence, in order to get the webex room kit mini working?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

You can install the latest DevPack for your version without installing any prior DevPacks, the README contains installation instructions and what is included in that particular DevPack you will install.

You seem pretty new to this, so let me warn you that installing a device pack upgrades the firmware on all of the phones in your entire environment, it does not just provide you with support for the webex room kit mini. Be caareful, because often times firmware breaks phones in unexpected ways.
