Hi,
We are currently in the process of integrating Lync with CUCM and we are having some problem with Media bypass and no ringback from calls originating from the PSTN. The Lync documentation talks about disabling Prack if it is enabled and that's what our system currently looks like. Since Prack is normally disabled per default I was wondering what the reasons could be that it was enabled from the get go? Our system was upgraded from 4.x to 7.x by someone who was not a CUCM expert, could that be the reason why(all settings from 4x carried over)? Would it be safe to turn off? Repercussions for doing this?
Any input appreciated.
Thanks

I finally just turned it off and everything seems to be working. It did solve an issue that we had with one way audio between Lync and Call Manager calls.
