CUCM Warning tone for long duration calls

Good afternoon everyone,

My client asked me if it is possible to set a warning tone to let users know that the call is taking too long. I know the call duration can be set up, is this related to that?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Bruno

No, CUCM doesn't have any feature like that.

You could do this with a TCL script on the voice gateway though. Since it already has a DSP invoked for the call that would be the easiest spot to inject audio.
