Hello ,we are a Romanian academy and we want to teach our students about how configuring cisco ip phones,

we need Cisco Unified Communications Manager?

and,if yes ,can we get a free licens or at least a demo/free trail?

how cand we get the aplication?

Contact the nearest Cisco office in the country. 

As far as I am aware, Cisco does not hand out "free" CUCM licenses.

CUCM gives you 90 days evaluation period where you can try all features of CUCM. After 90 days if not licensed the system will move to enforced mode where you cannot make changes on configurations. 

Reinstalling the system will provide you another 90 days.
