Hello Everyone,
Could you please help me!!
As per the current setup: I am using Directory numbers in Hunt group configuration of Attendant console pilot; instead of username and line number.
Want I want is : If no one is logged into Attendant console the call should go to voicemail instead of phones ringing
Is it possible with same kind of setup OR do i need to change the Attendant console design i.e using username and line number ??

You'll need to change to the user/line approach.
Only with that config the AC will determine wheter to route calls or not based on the fact of your login status.
