CUCME and BE edition differences

Dear Folks,

I have a requirement, where client requires a small solution of 100 users IPT Solution. As i have basic knowledge of IPT , with CUCME experience.

Clients requirement is

1. Solution would be scalable by adding two or three branches in future

2. Shall I propose CUCME or BE3000 series .

Is there any portfolio sheet that i can compare features /cost differnece etc between CUCME/ BE series etc

Hi,

You should know if what is the forecast qunantity for the future expansion as it will matter in your current offering. If you will offer CME, the future branch will have its own CME gateway either running as SRST or not. You can also check BE6k as well.

Regarding with the scalability, is the current site is just a branch , but in HQ which they had digital system, which will be transferred to IP System in future. In this scenario, if i propose CUCME, then in HQ i can deploy BE6000 . is the design correct ?

Hi,

You can go for BE6000 at HQ/Central site along with IP phones and at branch /remote site u can have IP phones registered directly to BE6000 instead of deploying CME.[Multisite with Centralised Call processing]

At BE6000, u can have redundancy as well.
