CUE 7.1 Failure The backup Thread interrupted: Operation timeout

Hi All,                

I'm facing with an issue on CUE 7.1

After backup procedure I got the following:

Data: Failure The backup Thread interrupted: Operation timeout
Configuration: Success
HistoricalData: Success

So it seems CUE can reach the sFTP serverm also make success backups for Configuration and HistoricalData, but the Data has error??

Has anyone got this issue?

Hi Kumar,

It is a freeFTPd 1.0.11

I have several CUE modules 7.0, 7.1

When I did backups different size of backup files were created for the modules:

CUE7.0

395M

CUE 7.1

494M

46.8M

30M

93M

but in all cases I got the following error:

Data: Failure The backup Thread interrupted: Operation timeout

configuration and/or historical data were succes

Has this sFTP/FTP sw have any limitation of uploading (downloading) files?
