CUE Auto Attendant Script.

Dear,

Please find attached Auto Attendant Script.

I've a simple setup, Auto Attendant  on "Welcome" only. then dial the extension or "0" for operator.

I've a problem only with 1 extension "100", which is not working properly. I've only this one extension starting with "1"

Anyone called from outside received by "AA",  during the "welcome message"

if dial the extension "100", after pressing first digit "1" the message is coming, please dial the extension.

There is 2 different options

1- if you press quickly "100" then first message coming (Please dial the extension) and call transfered to "zero" (Operator).

2- If you wait after first digit"1" (never pressed other digits "00"), & dial the extension again "100" then message is dial the extension and press "#" key.

If we follow the instruction like "100#" then extension transfered only.

Please reply how to resolve this issue??

You have an overlap between extension and menu entry. That invariably cause problem.

You have to eliminate the overlap, for example, uncheck"dial extension anytime", or change dial-by-extension digit or change extensions number.

Thanks for your reply, I can't change the extension. This extension is necessary.

How can I modify any other option as you mentioned,

1- uncheck "dial extension anytime"

2- change dial-by-extension digit (I don't understand)
