Dear NetPro gurus,
My client has recently setup their CME on one of their offices. All phones registered fine and working, but we find that we can't connect to their CUE, not even the CUE Admin page.
I have attached their config. The CUE should be running on the SRE module at ISM0/0.
I have spent a lot of time on this but couldn't get anywhere. Would be greatly appreciated if anyone can shed some lights on this.
Cheers,
Hunt

Use a normal config to avoid VRF. It is an often misunderstood, and misused feature.

Hello Paolo,
I can't get rid of VRF as the network is customer's owned and they connect to all remote CMEs via MPLS VRF.
Any hints why CUE is not working?
Thanks heaps!!!

As long there is no VRF configured (or misconfigured) in the router that hosts the CUE, the CUE should work and most likely you have some other configuration or routing issue.
