Hi, before we do nay trouble shooting, your confiuration is missing key parameters.

1. There is dial-peer for incoming calls from your sip provider.

2. If it is this dial-peer you are using or this may be matched is the dialed number is 77.... then there is no dtmf-type ocnfigured on it

dial-peer voice 100 voip

description Office Extensions

translation-profile incoming AA-TEST

destination-pattern 77....

session target ipv4:192.168.80.1

codec g711ulaw

3. I suggest you do the ff:

dial-peer voice xxxx voip--------xxxx=whatever dial-peer number you choose

incoming called number .

session protocol sipv2

dtmf-relay rtp-nte

no vad

If it still doesnt work, then I need to confirm what SIP provider are you using..is it Huwaei? If it is so, this is a common problem with them

can you send

debug ccsip messages

debug voip rtp session named-event

Can you post "sh run" from the router?

Make sure your dial peers for CUE use proper dtmf method.

Make sure the voip dial-peer to CUE is configured with dtmf-relay sip-notify too.

Hello Ibrahim,

Please issue the command "show ccn subsystem sip", on CUE, you'll find the DTMF method configured on CUE. Make sure that the dial-peer pointing to CUE use the same DTMF method.

Thanks for your suggestions @Chris, Joe & Jorge.

I have configured CME+CUE in past but never came across such an issue. I had checked the CCN subsystem sip configuration and already mentioned sip notify as the DTMF method to be used.

Could this be a problem related to SIP configuration under voice service voip which i have configured first time to register 9951 & 9971 IP phones.

voice service voip

allow-connections h323 to h323

allow-connections h323 to sip

allow-connections sip to h323

allow-connections sip to sip

supplementary-service h450.12

fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback none

h323

sip

  bind control source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0.10

  bind media source-interface GigabitEthernet0/0.10

registrar server expires max 3600 min 120

  asymmetric payload full

Attached is the full configuration.

@aokanlawon

Thanks for your suggestion. It helped me solve my problem. The provider missed dtmf settings at their side. Now issue is resolved with no changes required at my end.

Thanks All again.
