CUE GUI page not working

I was trying to open CUE GUI page from IE with no joy. Any idea?

I can access CLI with no problem at all.

Please check your configuration you should have the below commands into your cme.

#config terminal

#ip http server

#ip http path flash:

or

ip http path flash:/gui

or

ip http path flash:/cme/cme/cmegui

#telephony-service

#web admin system name admin password 123 secret 5

BTW, it is CUE GUI stop working NOT CME.

Configure the file privilege as 0. in the global config mode.

CUE GUI used to working but stop working now.

I am pretty now to CUE, can you specify where you can config file privilege as 0. in global? Is this apply to CME CLI or CUE CLI?

try reloading the CUE. Also, whats the error you are getting? have you tried any other browser? has anything changed? is there any possibility of a firewall?

There is no firewall between and i tried various browser as well, all timed out -

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

As far as i know, there is no config change.

Lets see how does it go with reload CUE. It will take a while to get it done.

reload cue does not make any improvement at all.

i will have security team to check whether traffice for port 80 has been blocked or not.

but just weired, as far as i know, no config change, GUI was still working 1 wk back.

Can you ping CUE ?

what type of CUE is this? NM, NME, AIM? from the CUE, can you ping your PC? can you confirm that the CME and CUE are on same subnet? do you have option to specify the default GW for CUE as CME?

1.CUE type is ISM-SRE-300-K9.

2.Ping test past from PC to CUE but CUE to PC failed. (PC is on 10.x.x.x subnet, CUE is NATed on 192.168.25.x subnet, CUE real IP is on 172.18.91.x subnet).

3. Both CME/CUE are on same subnet 172.18.91.x    

4. Default GW for CUE is configured as CME real IP 172.18.91.x.
