Hi,
I have a customer with CME/CUE that has forgotten the CUE username/password. I have followed the password recovery procedure but without success
I was also presented with the attached screen prompt but this did not actually allow me to successfully enter a new password.
Is there any other way of entering the GUI? I need to edit the AA scripts.

Can you reload the CUE and try the procedure again.
