CUE import users - no primary extension displayed

Hi,

i want to import users from CUCM to CUE 8.6. In the user details i have a user device profile and set the primary extension. But in the CUE import i cannot set the primary extension. Only manual after import.

If i associate a physical device the primary extension is shown but this is the logged out extension and not the UDP extension.

It is not possible to import user with primary extension from a UDP ?

I am having the same issue here with CUE 8.6.4.

Did you manage to get this resolved?

We have experienced this with just the UDP`s, fixed phone configurations give no problem.
