I have a problem with the integration between CUE and CME.I supose that i have the right configuration (after read a lot of manual and examples), but when i make a phone call to the voice mail extension, i directly have a fast busy like response.
I have a lot ot trace to show, but the first question is about a license problem. Could someone tell me something about this output:

It is like i have activate the voicemail license, but i havent port to hear the calls.....is it?

It´s resolved.
The problem was that my provider sold me mailbox license (20) but they didn´t sell me PORT license so it can´t work properly.
I activate the evaluation license of port and all work fine until the demo expire.
CUE# sh license status application
voicemail enabled: 4 ports, 4 sessions, 20 mailboxes
ivr disabled, ivr session activation count has been set to zero
NOW, how can i explain it to the final client?? How i explain it the over cost??
A question: for 20 MailBox....how many port do you recomend to buy?
