CUE login without user-id

Hi Expert,

I've the below setup, CUE integration with UCM. User are prompted to enter the ID prior to enter password.

Understand that this is due to CUE can't recognize the calling#. Internal DN is 4 digit while EPNM is set

to E164 with "+".I've configured both the primary DN and primary E164 under user profile on CUE,the system

still prompting for ID.

The GW is MGCP controlled,so don't think xlation will work. I did try on transformation pattern and

set the correct CngPTP on CTI-RP and CTI port but still doesn't work.

Am i missing out anything?

Hi,

I have made an experience recently, that Calling Party Transformation does not work on CTI-RP. It works on an IP phone (CIPC in my case), but not on CTI-RP. Try "show trace buffer tail" on CUE console to see incoming call details. I observed it on CUCM version 7.1.5, CUE version 3.2.
