Inbound calls route to CUE where IVR is played but when the caller input options are selected calls get terminated rather than routing back to CUCM
Call flow:
=======
External callers dials 919-858-9772 --> FXO --> Gateway --> MGCP --> CUCM --> CTI Route Point --> CUE(IVR plays) and caller inputs --> Call terminates

Hi,
Do you have correct CSS and Partitions configured for CTI Ports, CTI Route Points and Devices where call needs to be routed? When user enters input, where are you routing the call?
