CUE Script question

Hey Guys! how are you?

Im writting you because im having a problem with a CUE, actually with CUCE Editor


Im making a script that when someone call to the office first must ring in the reception extension first and after 4 rings must play the auto attendant.

But i cant find the way to do it, or neither limit the rings so the auto attendant must pick up.

For example: when the option redirect the call and after that must play the auto attendant, keeps ringing in the reception extension and never stops.

Do you guys know how to limit the rings so the call can move the next step (in this case the auto attendant with the welcome message and the menu).

Im attaching the example so you can see.

I do not believe a supervised transfer is available for CUE.  You could have the script transfer to the receptionist and have receptionist DN set to forward for no answer and busy to go to an auto attendant script.
