CUE service module SRE not work?

Hi Everybody,

Here is my question ....

Environment:

- router 3845e (10.10.10.90)

- SM-SRE-700-K9 (10.10.10.91)

- CUE 8.6

- FTP, TFTP on a PC (10.10.10.245)

I am able to ping the FTP, TFTP, router, and SRE from my PC

Problem

But I am FAIL to ping the ftp/tftp(10.10.10.245) from BootLoader Mode in SRE

Anybody could help?

In SRE session, it always reboot itself with following error

During get Native Max address ext, can not get the expected status: IDE_STAT_NO

Local install not supported
