Hi All,
I have a problem in which voicemail notification calls to a configured copper line (throuth PSTN) do not provide any audio to the notification recipient.
All other features are working correctly.
Nofitications are configured to call a user's home number. The call goes through OK, but when the user answers, there is no audio.
Normal call flow:
SIP Trunk -> CME (UC540)
Notification call flow:
CUE -> CME -> SIP Trunk
There is a chance this is a routing, firewall, or NAT issue as well.
I have gone over a number of call traces, but am not too much closer to cracking this one.. Where do I start?
